Jeffery Cross Writes in Favor of Eliminating Antitrust Exception to Corporate Charging Guidelines

In his first column as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Today's General Counsel magazine, Jeffery Cross, a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, argues that eliminating the antitrust exception to the corporate charging guidelines will help foster robust compliance programs without damaging the corporate leniency policy of the DOJ's Antitrust Division. The article, "Eliminate the Antitrust Exception to Corporate Charging Guidelines," was published in the June/July 2014 issue of Today's General Counsel.
