Levin Comments on Prominent Chicago Real Estate Lawyer’s Alleged Asset-Shielding Activities

Crain’s Chicago published an article on May 20, 2016, about a creditor’s lawsuit against prominent Chicago real estate lawyer Glenn L. Udell, claiming that Udell fraudulently shielded assets to evade personal guarantees for more than $21 million in loans. Neal H. Levin, a Partner and Team Leader of the Fraud and Internal Investigations Practice Group, commented for the story on the charges against Udell, saying that the alleged actions sounded "pretty brazen."
