Neal H. Levin Provides Insights on the NY Mets Going up to Bat First in the Madoff Ponzi Scheme

Neal Levin, leader of the Firm's Fraud and Internal Investigations Team, was quoted in "Batters Up: Madoff Trustee vs. Mets Owner Trial," an article featured in the Chicago Tribune on March 16, 2012.

As stated in the article, "Three years after Bernard Madoff admitted to running the biggest investment fraud in history, the first trial in the quest to recoup cash for his defrauded customers is about to begin in New York."  According to Mr. Levin, it will test whether or not the owners of the Mets knew or should have known about the fraud.
