Neal Levin Quoted in Crain's Chicago Business

Neal Levin, Team Leader of the Firm’s Fraud and Internal Investigations Practice Group, was quoted in the article "Chicago developer Freed cited for contempt over Block 37 project, scarring his image," which was published in the December 19, 2011 issue of Crain's Chicago Business magazine.  The article discusses Laurance Freed's battle with Bank of America regarding the repayment of his loan for the Block 37 project.  Freed, a developer in the Chicago Real Estate market, has been fighting a major foreclosure suit over the State Street development as well as several other suits nationwide.  Mr. Levin provides his thoughts regarding some of the difficulties banks' face when in pursuit of recovering money from developers who default on their bank loans.
