The article provides a legal analysis on potential consequences for employees violating their company's mandatory vaccination policies. Jennifer states that when considering incentives and limitations for vaccinated and unvaccinated employees, it is preferred to give incentives to those who are vaccinated rather than to limit those who are not vaccinated.
