Partner, Michael A. Moynihan Named One of œ40 Under 40 Attorneys to Watch in 2006

Freeborn & Peters LLP is pleased to announce that Partner, Michael A. Moynihan was recently named one of the "40 Under 40 Attorneys to Watch" by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company (LBPC). Each year, LBPC receives hundreds of nominations, but only 40 are selected based on career achievements, how far nominees have risen in their fields and contributions the attorneys make to their communities. To make the cut and be featured in the publication, the attorneys needed something more than just skill and know-how. The young lawyers need to be true leaders in their profession, and must be viewed by their peers, clients, and courtroom opponents as out-of-the-ordinary talents. The selection process first examines the career achievements of the nominees, looking for successful verdicts or settlements. Next, it considers how far the nominees have risen in their fields, and finally, they consider the contributions the attorneys have made to their communities.

Success at any age is impressive.   To achieve it at an early age is even more of a feat.
