Freeborn is pleased to announce that Peter I. Mason has been named as Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee, which is responsible for the strategic planning for the Firm.
Mr. Mason, one of the founders of the Firm and a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group, has a background in both law and business. After practicing law for more than 20 years, Mr. Mason was selected as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of May & Speh, a highly-successful, publicly-held marketing technology and services company that eventually merged with Acxiom Corporation. More recently, Mr. Mason has served as CEO and Chairman of Toplander Corporation, the owner and operator of MarketsOnDemand and JobsOnline.com. Mr. Mason’s experience as a corporate leader has given him the insight to recognize and address both the legal and business needs of his clients.
