Private-equity firm Bighorn Capital has proposed the construction of an 83-story high-rise in Chicago's bustling downtown Loop district. Freeborn attorneys Mitchell Carrell and Jordan Peters, both Partners in the Real Estate Practice Group, represented a condo association located within close proximity to the planned project. The attorneys worked with the association to review land use and development proposals as well as to record easements and other existing development agreements.
