Sandberg Comments on Positive Outcome for Client Concerning Securities Fraud Claims Case

A federal judge sanctioned a Chicago lawyer and his client for trying to revive claims of securities fraud that had been dismissed in a case involving ownership of shares of American Environmental Energy Inc. (AEEI) as a result of a merger. Verona M.
