The 12th Gasparilla International Film Festival, March 20-25, in Tampa Bay, Fla., has become one of the fastest-growing film festivals in the United States and is consistently recognized as a top-50 festival. Robert A. Stines, a Partner and member of the Insurance and Reinsurance Team who also serves as a board member for the festival, was interviewed live March 16, 2018, on a news program on WFLA-TV, Tampa Bay’s NBC affiliate station. Mr. Stines previewed some of the festival’s spotlight firms, including “RBG,” a look at the life and work of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who has become an icon for women and an idol for girls for her civil rights work, and “Brothers in Arms,” a documentary about the making of the Academy Award-winning film “Platoon.”
