Stines Writes on Importance of Distinguishing Between Privacy and Security

Amid frequently occurring cyber events and data breaches, Robert A. Stines, a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Emerging Technologies Industry Team, suggests there is ongoing confusion between information privacy and information security.
