Thomas Bush Quoted in Global Competition Review Article on Antitrust Case That's Being Revisited Over Arbitration Dispute

Freeborn Partner Thomas Bush was recently interviewed by Global Competition Review (GCR) to provide insight for an article entitled, "SCOTUS to revisit antitrust case over arbitration dispute." He states that there are possibly broader implications for antitrust at stake in the mentioned Archer case, but that its relevance has been diminished by a string of Supreme Court rulings in recent years making it more challenging to bring class actions in arbitration proceedings.
