These areas and many others have faced increased regulatory scrutiny, as well as ever-growing diversity of litigation in environmental law and toxic torts. This means companies in all industries need educated environmental legal counsel to help them navigate the evolving regulatory landscape and to develop strategies that minimize legal risks and advance the interests of the business.
