Our employment attorneys take a practical and aggressive approach to representing our clients’ interests. We have many years of hands-on experience handling the various day-to-day employment matters that arise in the workplace as well as counseling clients on complex HR issues. We have had success in disposing of discrimination charges filed against our clients in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar administrative bodies, sometimes just days after filing position papers.
