Representative Matters

  • Oversight of zoning, entitlements, and street vacation matters to ensure rail operations were not impeded or negatively impacted, as part of a sale of air rights over existing rail operations, allowing for a 750-foot tall office building to be constructed in downtown Chicago.

  • Sale of air rights for major Loop location, in which we provided local counsel assistance, including advice concerning the agreement for the sale of air rights, the zoning approvals being sought by the developer and the developer’s petition to vacate part of their former location.
