Freeborn & Peters Hosts Holiday Cookie Decorating Party

On Wednesday, December 10, 2008, attorneys, staff and their families got into the holiday spirit at Freeborn’s annual Holiday Cookie Decorating Party.  Hundreds of sugar cookies and gingerbread houses, all baked by Kathryn Thomas, a Partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group and a former pastry chef, were adorned with every type of candy imaginable.  Towards the end of the party, the decorated cookies and houses were judged in various categories, including an award for the "Gingerbread House With the Fewest City of Chicago Building Code Violations."
