Members of the Food Industry Team to Participate in Mettler Toledo's Food Safety Exchange Conference

John T. Shapiro and Ashley W. Brandt, members of Freeborn & Peters’ Food Industry Team, will be participating in the Food Safety Exchange Conference sponsored by Mettler Toledo on June 26, 2012, and June 27, 2012, at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, IL.  This is an educational event that brings food processors, retails, auditors, owners and other food safety experts together from all over the Midwest.

Mr. Shapiro will give the keynote presentation on an update of the Food Safety Modernization Act. Mr. Brandt will speak on the Future of Food Safety and Food Safety Audits panels, respectively.
