Partner, Jeffery Cross is participating in the 7th Annual Loyola Antitrust Colloquium, held by the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. At the colloquium, professors of law from around the country will make presentations of academic papers that they are working on, followed by formal commentary from two commentators. Mr. Cross will be commenting on a paper by Dr. Robert L. Steiner entitled The Virtual Equivalence of Horizontal and Vertical Competition - An Analysis of the Sources of Market Power in Consumer Goods Industries.

Mr. Cross is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at The John Marshall Law School, where he teaches antitrust law.
