Partner, Jeffery Cross is speaking at The John Marshall Law School

Partner, Jeffery Cross is presenting to the faculty and students of The John Marshall Law School during the school’s faculty Works in Progress program. Mr. Cross is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the school, where he teaches antitrust law.  The title of his program is “The Revised Model Jury Instructions in Criminal Antitrust Cases: The Demise of Gypsum.” 

He will be discussing the soon to be released 2007 revisions of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section's Model Jury Instructions in Criminal Antitrust Cases.  Mr. Cross is a member of the drafting committee for these revised model jury instructions.  He was also a member of the drafting committee for the original version, published in 1984.
