Michael F. Tomasek is a presenter at the Third Annual Executive Compensation Institute, sponsored by the Chicago Bar Association’s Employee Benefits Committee in conjunction with The John Marshall Law School Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits. Mr. Tomasek’s presentation is titled, “Corporate Governance and Fiduciary Aspects of Executive Compensation,” and will include a discussion of shareholder advisor positions on poor pay practices.  

This full-day program will be beneficial to professionals that specialize in executive compensation, employee benefits, income tax, labor/employment, securities or corporate law. Notably, a special luncheon will feature keynote speaker Kenneth R. Feinberg, US Treasury Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation.
