As Marketing Manager, Kate implements marketing and communications strategies for Freeborn across its five offices, serves as the firm's contact for media and plans client events.
Prior to joining Freeborn, Kate was an Account Executive on the consumer team at Zeno Group, a subsidiary of Edelman. Kate handled media relations and event planning for several consumer brands.
Outside of legal marketing, Kate spends her time traveling, reading and needlepointing, and is a member of the Junior League of Chicago where she Co-Chairs the Connecting Kids to the Arts community outreach committee. The committee volunteers at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, The Ronald McDonald House, Gilda's Club of Chicago and Maryville Crisis Nursery creating craft projects with children.
