Opportunity:
Our firm is currently seeking a Real Estate Partner, who would expand our land use practice, to join our Chicago office.  This position will provide successful candidates with the opportunity to develop his or her existing practice within the framework of a highly entrepreneurial, supportive environment and the ability to participate in the leadership and direction of the Group.  The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in the substantive areas of zoning, annexation and subdivision.  Candidates should have experience in working with development consultants in the fields of engineering, traffic, appraisal and urban planning. Experience with zoning in the City of Chicago is an added bonus.
