Freeborn & Peters LLP is pleased to announce that John Hammerle, Theodore Koerth, Jane Yanovsky and Todd Labinsky have joined the firm as associates, and Sara Lee Keller has joined the Firm as partner.
Mr. Hammerle, Mr. Koerth and Ms. Yanovsky join the Firm's Litigation practice; and Todd Labinsky joins the Firm's Corporate practice.
Ms. Keller joins the Firm™s Business practice. Prior to Freeborn & Peters LLP, she worked at General Electric Capital Corporation, where she was associate general counsel for Express Financial Solutions, a 4 billion dollar business unit of Vendor Financial Solutions, a division of GE Commercial Finance. Prior to that position, Keller was deputy general counsel for DVI, Inc., a NYSE financial services company, and a partner at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, a Philadelphia-based law firm. Keller received her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Wells College in New York.
