Cross Writes About Food Company M&A Best Practices Involving Antitrust Process

In the current environment of consolidation for the food industry, many high profile mergers, such as the proposed merger between Sysco and US Foods, are being challenged by the Federal Trade Commission. Jeffery M. Cross, a member of the Litigation Practice Group and Antitrust & Trade Regulation Group, suggests best practices for getting a food company merger through the antitrust process.
