Although infrequently utilized, the International Trade Commission can provide unique and expansive remedies, as well as quick and efficient results, for companies looking to protect their IP from infringing importers. On April 28, 2017, Jennifer L. Fitzgerald, a member of the Litigation Practice Group, presented a continuing legal education program on the topic for in-house counsel who attended the “Litigation Management: New Trends and Techniques” litigation management forum presented by the Network of Trial Law Firms. Her presentation was titled The International Trade Commission: Game Changing IP Results in an Underutilized Arena.”
