Gustman Represents Freeborn Client in Power Struggle with Motor Werks Auto Group Co-Owners

One of the three co-owners of the Motor Werks Auto Group is asking a Cook County Circuit Court judge to place the northwest suburban Chicago group of luxury car dealerships into receivership to force Motor Werks’ other two owners to sell the dealerships and share the proceeds according to the terms of a purported 2016 agreement among the three. David C. Gustman, head of the Litigation Practice Group, represents Motor Werks co-owner James Hub, who filed the lawsuit.
