Ian Turvill Mentioned in Canadian Lawyer Column on Change Management

The legal industry continues to undergo tremendous change, from shifting client expectation to the delivery and pricing of legal services. While many lawyers are beginning to appreciate the need to adapt to such changes, there are still many holdouts within law firms. For firm leadership, the challenge becomes not just conceiving of change but convincing other key decision-makers that change is necessary. 

Canadian Lawyer published a column on this topic of law firm change management on March 30. The article, titled "A Way to Start Framing Change in Your Law Firm," tackles the challenges firms face when it comes to enacting change. Freeborn's Chief Marketing Officer, Ian H.
