Jurisdiction to Modify?

The Illinois Appellate Court held that a circuit court lacked jurisdiction to modify the terms of an earlier order awarding $500,000 in attorney's fees. The court noted that no motion to vacate the attorney fee award, nor any other type of post judgment motion, was filed within 30 days after the order terminating the case became final.
