Retired Chief Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit of Lake County, Ill., Fred Foreman, who currently serves as senior counsel at Freeborn, has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes as special counsel of the Coalition, which provides direct financial assistance to America’s wounded veterans.
