Michael J. Scotti, III, partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, was quoted in an April 20, 2008 Naperville Sun article regarding the pending site of Metea Valley High School. While the adverse party is requesting an advanced trial date to impede construction, Mr. Scotti, representing District 204, notes that, “it's premature to set a trial date when it's undetermined if there will be anything left for the court to try.” (“Group Wants Court to Stop Metea Work,” April 20, 2008).
