The owner of two mental health companies in Arkansas is requesting that the Department of Human Services reinstate its status as a Medicaid provider after it was revoked following allegations of bribery. Partner Michael Scotti, the Co-Leader of the firm's Corporate Litigation Practice and counsel for the defendant, was quoted extensively in a recent article published in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Titled "Medicaid Vendor Says Fraud Case False, Wants Status Back," the article published on October 15 and details the defendant's request for an expedited reconsideration of the suspensions.
