O'Bryan Comments on Discovery Issue Involving Client AXA Versicherung AG in Lawsuit Against Baxter International Inc.

In an ongoing lawsuit alleging that contaminated blood products infected users with HIV and hepatitis, Baxter International Inc. has claimed in federal court that Freeborn's client, German insurer AXA Versicherung AG, cannot have access to its communications with a brokerage firm due to attorney-client privilege.
