Neal H. Levin, Team Leader of the Firm’s Fraud and Internal Investigations Practice Group and a member of both the Litigation and Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Groups, recently authored "Caught in the Crossfire:  The (Supposedly) Innocent Attorneys Who Represent Accused Fraudsters", which was published in the May 2010 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Journal.  The article is the second in a series calling for more aggressive response to bankruptcy and other fraud.
