David Becker and Tina Wills Mentioned in Law360 Regarding Age Bias Lawsuit

Attorneys for Pittsburgh Glass Works LLC successfully persuaded a Pennsylvania federal judge to bar testimony of three expert witnesses who were enlisted to support the plaintiffs' claims regarding an age discrimination lawsuit. Freeborn Partner David Becker and Associate Tina Wills represent Pittsburgh Glass. The lawsuit, which was originally filed in 2010 by a group of terminated employees, claims that the plaintiffs were fired in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. In making his decision to block the testimony from the case, Judge Terrence F. McVerry reviewed the credentials and content of the plaintiffs' witnesses before ultimately agreeing with the defense.
