U.S. District Court Judge David H. Coar granted summary judgment in favor of our client, Freeman Decorating Company, in an employment discrimination case. The plaintiff filed a complaint against Freeman alleging discrimination based on his national origin and religion, retaliation and hostile work environment. We moved for summary judgment on behalf of Freeman based on the statute of limitations and the lack of evidence to support plaintiff's claims. The court agreed with our arguments and entered judgment in favor of Freeman. The case was handled by Helen Baker, Tony Carballo and Jennifer Milos.
