Freeborn helped its client Elite Protection & Security, Ltd., secure a significant victory in the company’s defense of a Title VII discrimination claim filed by a former employee. Rachel Atterberry and Jennifer M. Huelskamp, members of the Litigation Practice Group, successfully defended the company in the case, Schwingel v. Elite Protection & Security, Ltd., Case No. 1:2011cv08712, which was dismissed on summary judgment by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
