Super Lawyers Recognizes Freeborn’s Richard T. Kienzler and Harry Leipsitz as 2022 Rising Stars

CHICAGO – Freeborn & Peters LLP announces that Partner Richard T. Kienzler and attorney Harry Leipsitz have once again been named Rising Stars by Super Lawyers in its 2022 guide. Rick was recognized for Business Litigation and Harry was recognized for Real Estate.

The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazines and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country. 

Rick Kienzler is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group. In his practice, Rick has tried cases to judgment; drafted appellate briefs; argued and won significant pre-trial motions' deposed key witnesses; negotiated settlements; and conducted internal investigations. He utilizes these skills in a general business practice representing large companies, owner-managed businesses and individuals in state and federal cases across the country, as well as in arbitrations and other proceedings conducted outside of court.

Harry Leipsitz is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Harry concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development. His experience includes drafting purchase and sales agreements, commercial leases, mortgages, easements and performing title reviews and other due diligence for real estate transactions.
